It comes with an all-new 120htz refresh rate display. This also makes it one of the fastest displays in the market. This is double the refresh rate we are used to from prior Samsung Galaxy phones and is ideal for fast-paced games and scrolling through apps & web more smoothly. The 120htz display can double the refresh rate as quickly as a 60htz display can , so it can display up to 120 frames per second. So it can display refresh rate up to 120 frames per second.
It supports both the 60htz refresh rate & 120htz refresh rate, in settings you have the option to choose between them. You can use both whether 60htz refresh rate or 120htz refresh rate. the 120htz refresh rate consumes more battery than the 60htz refresh rate. There is one more fact, that you can turn on the 120htz refresh rate option only in QuadHD (1440P) resolution. You cannot use a 120htz refresh rate in FullHD (1080P) or HD (720P) resolutions, here it works only on a 60htz refresh rate.
Galaxy S20 family's display comes with a Dynamic AMOLED 2× Infinity-O capacitive touch screen. It has a QuqdHD (1440P) display with a resolution of 1440x3200 Pixels and an ab aspect ratio of 20:9 and it comes with a centered punch hole for the front camera, which is smaller than all its prior devices.
All of these phones have the support of HDR10+ display. It also has an Always-On Display which is improved from prior.
For protection, it has the all-new Sixth Generation of Corning Gorilla Glass on the front and backside of the phone, which designed to be thin, light and damage-resistant.
